TTI is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for one of our top clients. A well-established professional services firm in Malta, known for its expertise in legal, corporate, and financial advisory, is currently expanding its team and seeking talented professionals to join their growing operation.
Tasks
- Supervise and review accounting assignments, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with deadlines
- Manage a diversified portfolio of local and international clients across various industries
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports
- Oversee VAT compliance, including the preparation and review of VAT returns
- Prepare and review corporate income tax computations and returns
- Coach, mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for queries
- Monitor budgets, billing and job progress, providing regular updates to management
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the department’s overall efficiency
Requirements
- Fully qualified Accountant
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a professional services environment
- Experience managing a client portfolio within a Corporate Service Provider environment is considered an asset
- Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and deliver a high standard of client service
Salary
€40,000 – €60,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
