TTI is seeking for an Accounts Executive for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading entity in Pharmaceutical Services.



Tasks

  • Posting of supplier invoices and maintenance of accounts payables and general ledgers
  • Reconciling supplier statements and managing any discrepancies

  • Processing of payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Assisting in the submission of VAT returns
  • Support the team during the annual audit
  • Assist during various month-end closing tasks
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts

Requirements

  • Minimum an A-Level standard in accounts, preferably studying towards an Accounting Technician or an ACCA qualification
  • Previous experience within an accounting function
  • Expertise in office applications
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work within a team and must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to be organised and meticulous in your work
  • Experience in the following areas will be considered an asset: SAP and Standard costing
