TTI is seeking for a HR Manager for one of our top clients. Our client is an International Financial Services company.

Your tasks:

  • Recruitment and Induction
  • Responsibility for overseeing all recruitment within the allocated offices (excluding executive appointments) and provide support in recruitment needs as required;
  • Responsibility for the induction process for all new employees within allocated jurisdictions in line with the
  • Group’s standard induction process.Learning and Development
  • Responsibility for the content of and arranging of bespoke in-house courses;
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees within the allocated jurisdictions who are undertaking professional study; Remuneration and Benefits
  • Responsibility for overseeing payroll in the allocated jurisdictions (the payroll processing may be outsourced) and ensuring the relevant Tax/Insurance returns are submitted on time;
  • Responsibility for obtaining market data and carry out analysis of the results -v- salaries and benefits on receipt and make balanced recommendations based on the findings;
  • Play an integral part in the annual salary review and prom

Our offer:

  • Responsibility for all day-to-day Human Resources matters associated with the Malta office along with responsibility for other Group locations.
  • This role will have a dotted reporting line to the Managing Directors of the Malta office in relation to matters which directly impact the day-to-day operations of the that office.
  • Regular liaison will be expected with Managing Directors in other locations, as required.

Your offer:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience
  • Successful attainment of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and be adept at building strong relationships across the wider business as well as the HR team
  • Ability to multitask and manage a wide-ranging workload with pace, ownership and ambition
  • A demonstrated action-oriented self-starter who displays a positive, high energy and collaborative approach
  • An understanding of leading-edge HR methodologies, policies and procedures
  • Sound knowledge of local Employment Legislation and ideally an understanding of employment legislation applicable to other office locations
  • Commercial Awareness so that consideration can be given to an activity’s impact on the business as well as on the employee
  • Excellent critical analysis and problem-solving skills
