TTI is seeking for a Junior Litigation Lawyer for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading multidisciplinary law firm with offices across Europe, renowned for its expertise in fintech, gaming, corporate law, and regulatory matters.
Tasks
- Conduct case investigations and assess legal strategies and case viability
- Participate in pre-litigation negotiations and settlement discussions
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Review and analyse witness statements and evidence
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums
- Apply legal knowledge and precedent to support case arguments
- Perform legal research and support senior lawyers as required
Requirements
- Degree in Law and admission to the Maltese Bar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, including court practice
- Strong communication skills in Maltese and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Salary
