TTI is seeking for a Sales Account Manager for one of our top clients. Our client is a software company and is based in Malta
Tasks
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue growth
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure customer needs are met
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Requirements
- A business/technical IT Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 3/4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Professional in English, both verbally and in writing
- Professional in Maltese, both verbally and in writing
