HR & Payroll Specialist (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Managing various HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits initiatives, employee well-being and other activities throughout the employee life-cycle
  
• Coordinating the monthly payroll including time and attendance in liaison with our outsourced service provider
  
• Administrating the HRIT local-corporate systems and data management in general
  
• Assist employees and management in interpreting and correctly applying company policies, procedures, and programs while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity
  
• In collaboration with the hiring manager, lead the recruitment process by understanding specific talent requirements, sourcing potential candidates, and managing the overall recruitment cycle
  
• Compiling, preparing and analyzing ad hoc and recurring HR reports and KPIs
   
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  
• Previous experience in a similar role or a combination of relevant qualifications and experience
  
• Familiar with Indigo software and proficient in using MS Office applications
  
• Knowledge of employment legislation, payroll computation and related processes including work permits, IIS etc
  
• Strong organisational skills and interpersonal abilities are essential, as well as the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency
