Project Manager (m/f/o)

Tasks

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  
• Manage project resources, schedules, and risk mitigation plans
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams
  
• Monitor costs, budgets, variations, and profitability
  
• Prepare reports, track WIP, and ensure timely billing
  
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage handover between departments
  
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
  
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular project updates

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  
• Maltese engineering warrant or working towards it
  
• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a project management role or related field
  
• Experience within fire safety and security projects is considered an asset
  
• Valid Maltese driving licence
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Good organisational, planning, and time-management abilities
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD)
  
• Good command of English; basic Maltese understanding is an asset
  
• Customer-focused, reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset
