TTI is seeking for a Technical Sales Engineer (ELV) for one of our top clients based in Malta.
Tasks
- Coordinate and manage the full bid and tender preparation process
- Design cost-effective and technically viable ELV solutions aligned with client requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including costings and value engineering
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Lead technical and commercial meetings and negotiations
- Carry out site visits and surveys when required
- Follow up proposals and convert opportunities into contracts
- Create projects on ERP systems and manage documentation and handovers
- Support upselling, cross-selling, and variation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Experience in fire safety and security systems (ELV)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- Valid Maltese driving licence
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Engineering warrant or willingness to obtain it is considered an asset
